Steps to becoming a Sedona Verde Valley TimeBank member
Please complete the following:
___ Attend a TimeBank Orientation
___ Membership Application: Please fill out the application, sign (where noted) and return. The agreements referred to in the application are available for viewing & download through the links at the bottom of this page.
___ Vulnerable Person Policy: Please read and retain this policy. Sign where noted on the membership application your acceptance of this policy. (Even if you do not plan to offer service to a vulnerable person, the TimeBank needs for you to familiarize with this policy and with your signature, thereby understand the policy.)
___ Childcare Policy:Please read and retain this policy. Sign where noted on the membership application your acceptance of this policy. (Even if you do not plan to offer childcare service, the TimeBank needs for you to familiarize with this policy and with your signature, thereby understand the policy.)
___ Annual Membership Dues: Please include your check of $25.00 for an individual membership or $40.00 for a family, made payable to the Sedona Verde Valley TimeBank. To pay online, click the "donate" button below.
___ Create your online TimeBank account: Create your account by entering your email address and a password. From there, an email will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email where you will be able to create your account profile.
Note: The TimeBank conducts a non-invasive background check through the Arizona Superior Court public domain record website and with other states.
Your TimeBank account will be activated once these steps have been completed. We look forward to welcoming you to our TimeBanking community!
